Summer has finally arrived!

Hotter and drier here in recent years, the risk of forest fires is high.

As we play in the outdoors and explore our natural surroundings, let us remember the responsibilities of our stewardship of the earth and the need to care for our forests whenever we hike, camp or drive in them. Let's be mindful of the dangers caused by carelessly tossing cigarette butts out a car window or leaving campfires smouldering, and do whatever we can to eliminate human caused fires!
