What will shipping cost?

To save my Canadian customers shipping costs, I charge a flat rate of $3.50 with no tracking to Canadian addresses via Canada Post oversized lettermail. Orders over $30 CAD (after discounts) ship free within Canada.

When will I get my stuff?

Orders are shipped from BC within 1-2 business days, and should take from 2-6 business days in the mail, possibly longer for areas farthest from BC and remote areas.  

I trust our posties, but on rare occasions, things may go wrong. Orders not received within one month are presumed lost. Please contact me if this happens, so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

International

I am only shipping within Canada and the USA at the moment. 

***At the present time, orders under $800 are exempt from the new 25% tariffs on Canadian goods charged by US customs at the border.***

Flat rate shipping to the USA via tracked packet based on total amount of order after discounts as follows (all amounts in USD):

• up to $24.99: $7
• $25-$49.99: $3
• $50 and over: Free

Delivery is usually within 2-7 business days, unless there are delays going through customs.

Shell: 100% organic cotton sateen
Lining: 100% cotton quilt fabric
Pre-washed to minimize shrinkage
Sewn in a smoke-free, pet-free home
Pattern placement on individual yarn minders will vary

Large: 8.25" long x 2.5" wide
Small: 7.25" long x 2.5" wide

To prevent shrinkage, hand or machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
Iron on low cotton setting if necessary.
